Lovely Italian Chicken Stew

Bahan-bahan

2 large onions, sliced in half and then into strips

2 or 3 carrots sliced

1-2 stems of celery sliced thinly

2 packs of diced chicken breast

1 carton of passata

1 carton of baby tomatoes

1 pack of Dunnes semi-sundried tomato and olives

1 good squeeze of tomato puree

good sprinkling of salt

2 sugar cubes

3-4 cloves of garlic sliced thinly

1 good shot of Balsamic vinegar

1 small shot of worcestershire sauce

1 glug of sherry or tawny port

baby potatoes - as many as you like

Petunjuk

Throw the lot into the instant pot, onions first, followed by carrots, tomatoes, olives, and celery. Throw in the pasata at this point, followed by the puree, garlic, sherry, balsamic and worcestershire sauce and a small bit of water to wash off the remaining passata in the carton. Next add the chicken and top with potatoes.

Close the instant pot and seal. Choose the poultry program.
