How Did I Not Discover This Cabbage Meatballs Sooner?

1/2 head of cabbage, shredded

2 chopped carrots

2 minced garlic cloves

Chopped parsley

1/2 green bell pepper

1 tsp salt

Black pepper to taste

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup cornstarch

Water until soft and moldable

Oil for frying

Sauce:

1/2 chopped red onion

2 garlic cloves

1/2 chopped green bell pepper

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp ketchup

1 tbsp mustard

1 cup water

1 tbsp cornstarch

HOW TO:

Petunjuk

In a bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, carrots, garlic, parsley, bell pepper, salt, and pepper. Mix well. Gradually add the flour, cornstarch, and water until you get a moldable texture. Shape into balls and fry in hot oil. Set aside.

For the sauce, in a pan, sauté the onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Season with salt and pepper, then add the soy sauce, ketchup, mustard, and cornstarch diluted in water. Once it starts to boil, add the veggie balls and mix well. Serve hot!
