Penne with Pork & Broccoli

300g penne 3 tbsp olive oil 100g pancetta 1 small onion, chopped 1 tsp chilli flakes 3 gariic doves, thinly sliced 300g pork mince 250g mushrooms 500g broccoli, chopped into small florets 200ml white wine Salt and black pepper To serve: Juice of one lemon 50g Pannesan cheese, grated Drizzle of olive oil
Petunjuk
1 Bring a pan of water to the boil and cook the penne according to the package instructions.
2 Heat half of the oil in a frying pan over a medium heat and add the pancetta, onion, chilli flakes and garlic. Cook for 2-3 minutes until just
browned. Remove from the pan and set aside.
3 Add the remaining oil to the pan and cook the pork mince for 2-3 minutes. Add the mushrooms, broccoli and white wine and allow to simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables have softened and the mince is cooked throughout.
4 Stir the pancetta mixture and the cooked pasta into the mince and broccoli. Squeeze in the lemon juice, season well and toss to combine. Divide into serving bowls and sprinkle over the Parmesan and olive oil.
