Sweet Potato Casserole

Bahan-bahan

Filling: (double this)

3 C. mashed sweet potatoes (1 large 40 oz. can)

1/2 t. salt

1/3 C. margerine, melted

2 eggs

1/2 G. milk

1 t. vanilla

Topping: (do not double this)

1 C. brown sugar

1/3 C. flour

1 C. chopped pecans

1 stick melted margerine

Petunjuk

Filling:

Mix all together and put in greased baking dish.

Topping:

Mix and Sprinkle on top.

To Bake:

Bake until top is crusty (like pecan pie) at 400° for about 45 to recipe and baked it in a 9"x13" sheet cake pan.

DOUBLE THE MIXTURE, DO NOT DOUBLE THE TOPPING
