Cookie Ingredients:

3/4 cup all-purpose flour (may need closer to 1 cup)

3 scoops vanilla protein powder

1/4 cup stevia (or sweetener of choice)

1 tsp baking powder

1 whole egg

1 egg white

2 tsp of melted butter (optional but makes less dry!)

1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

Splash of vanilla extract

Rainbow sprinkles

Petunjuk

Bake @350 for 10 mins!!

Frosting:

1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt

1 tbsp sugar-free vanilla pudding mix

Dash vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

More rainbow sprinkles on top
