Banana cake

Bahan-bahan

2 C flour

1-1/2 C sugar

1-1/2 tsp baking pdr

3/4 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

1 C mashed ripe bananas (about 3)

1/2 C buttermilk

1/2 C shortening

2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla

Petunjuk

350 degrees 30-35 mins

Combine dries in mixing bowl. Add rest of ingredients and beat until combined. Add chopped pecans if desired (yum). Pour into greased 9x13 pan and bake for 30-35 mins until done 350 degrees
