Creamy Chicken Noodle Soup (AMAZING)

Bahan-bahan

1 tbsp butter

1 large onion, diced

3 cups rotisserie chicken

5 cans chicken broth

2 cans cream of celery

2 cans cream of chicken

6 carrots, diced

1 box spaghetti noodles broken into pieces

1 tsp poultry seasoning

1 tsp Pepper (I use more )

3 cups milk or half n half

1 pkg. shroom, if desired.

Petunjuk

Sauté onion and butter

Add all other ingredients…..EXCEPT MILK

Bring to boil, reduce heat to simmer for 40 mins

Add milk and shrooms

Simmer for another 10 mins.

Add grated cheddar cheese on top if you like

This recipe is from the late Leigh Ann Fuerness. She was Charlotte’s 5K assistant teacher and friend She invited us into her home for tea once. Along with Elizabeth Dobson and her mom, Rachel.

She sold this soup regularly at the market on 3rd street. It is wonderful.
