Balela (or substitute with the canned Greek chickpeas)

Tzatziki

Cucumber, sliced

Brown rice

Petunjuk

Heat the rice in the microwave while you air fry the kebabs at 350 for 5-6 min (or grill or oven) according to the package directions). Then build your bowl using the rice as a base, then add the balela (a tasty Middle eastern salad with chickpeas, black beans and tomatoes), sliced cucumber, the kebabs, and top with a dollop of tzatziki and enjoy!
