2. For the sticky mixture:

• In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine:

• ½ cup peanut butter •

⅓ cup honey (warmed)

• Stir constantly until smooth and slightly runny.

4. Shape the bars: • Press the mixture firmly into a lined pan or mold. • Use the back of a spoon or spatula to create an even layer.

5. For the chocolate topping: • Melt together over low heat: • ½ cup dark chocolate chips or chunks • 1 tablespoon coconut oil • Spread the melted chocolate evenly over the pressed mixture.

6. Optional toppings: • Sprinkle on top: • A pinch of fleur de sel • Crushed almonds or extra quinoa for texture

7. Let it set: • Freeze for 1 hour or until firm.

8. Slice and serve: • Cut into clean, rectangular bars.
