Ingredients (for 2 boats)

Baking paper boats (tutorial on my reel feed or use an oven-proof dish)

2 pork loins

2 potatoes

1 onion

3 tomatoes

2 tbsp mayonnaise

2 tbsp reduced-fat crème fraîche

1 garlic clove

30 g mature cheese (or any other preferred)

Parsley to garnish

Petunjuk

Preheat the oven to 200°C

Beat the pork loins from both sides using anything heavy you have in the kitchen

Thinly slice the potatoes, tomatoes, and onion (slice potatoes thin so they cook quickly)

Mince the garlic and mix with the mayonnaise and crème fraîche

Layer in this order potato → pork → onion → tomato → sauce → cheese

Bake for 30 minutes, checking the potatoes are cooked
