Golden, juicy pork chops smothered in a rich garlic herb cream sauce. This is the kind of easy skillet dinner that feels fancy but comes together in under 30 minutes. Simple ingredients, big flavor, zero stress.
Ingredients (Serves 4)
For the pork chops
4 boneless pork chops (about 1 inch thick)
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
For the sauce
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup chicken broth
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp fresh thyme leaves (optional)

Season the pork chops on both sides with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Sear the pork. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook pork chops for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Make the sauce. In the same skillet, lower heat to medium. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add liquids. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir well, scraping up any browned bits from the pan.
Finish the sauce. Add Parmesan and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 3–5 minutes until slightly thickened.
Return the pork. Place pork chops back into the skillet and spoon sauce over the top. Simmer 2–3 more minutes until everything is coated and creamy.
Garnish and serve. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and thyme before serving.
