Cottage Cheese Mozzarella Bites

1 cup full-fat cottage cheese (well-drained)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 large egg

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

½ tsp paprika (optional)

Salt & black pepper, to taste

2 tbsp almond flour (optional, for extra firmness)

1 tbsp olive oil or melted butter (optional, for crispiness)

Petunjuk

Preheat oven to 190°C / 375°F (or air fryer to 180°C / 350°F).

In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, mozzarella, egg, spices, and almond flour (if using) until combined.

Scoop tablespoon-sized portions and roll gently into balls.

Arrange on a parchment-lined tray (or air fryer basket). Lightly brush with oil/butter if desired.

Bake 12–15 minutes, flipping once, until golden and crisp.

Air fryer: 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway.

Cool 2 minutes, then serve warm.

Catatan

Add Italian spice to add flavor

Freeze them after baking reheat in oven/air fryer for crunch
