2lbs pork (shank)

1 tbsp rice wine

1/2 tbsp salt

2 tbsp cooking oil

1/3 cup sugar

1/3 cup brown sugar

1/8 tsp salt peter

1/3 tsp pepper

1/4 cup soy sauce

1/3 cup vinegar (cane)

Red food coloring or anatto if desired for color

Mix and marinate in fridge 3 days.
