Bahan-bahan

For 8x8 or 9x9 pan

Cherry pie filling (homemade or canned) for 1 pie

1/2 yellow or white cake mix (regular or gluten-free)

1/2 C butter, thinly sliced

1 C chopped walnuts (optional but gives that crunch)

For 9x13 pan

Cherry pie filling (homemade or canned) for 2 pies

1 yellow or white cake mix (regular or gluten free)

1/2-1 C butter, thinly sliced

1-2 C chopped walnuts (optional but gives that crunch)

Petunjuk

grease pan. Dump pie filling, dump cake mix on top, sprinkle walnuts and layer butter slices on top. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Catatan

original recipe called for 1 can of filling and one whole cake mix, 1/2 C butter and 1 C walnuts.....however, I found that to be not enough cherry filling and way too much cake mix, so I adjusted it.
