Pineapple Rum Dum

2 oz dark rum

1 oz coconut rum

2 oz pineapple juice

1/2 oz lime juice (freshly squeezed)

1/2 oz simple syrup

Crushed ice

Pineapple slice and mint sprig (for garnish)

Optional: Dash of bitters (adds depth and complexity)

Petunjuk

Fill a shaker with the rums, pineapple juice, lime juice, simple syrup, and bitters (if using).

Add a scoop of crushed ice and shake vigorously until chilled.

Pour the mixture into a tiki glass or rocks glass filled with crushed ice.

Garnish with a pineapple slice and a fresh mint sprig.
