1 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein powder (optional but recommended)

1/2 cup berries or fruit of choice

1 tsp unsweetened coconut flakes

1 tsp chia seeds

1 tsp ground flaxseeds

1 tbsp walnuts

1/2 tbsp almond butter

1 tsp honey

Petunjuk

Add the Greek yogurt and protein powder (if using) to a bowl and stir to combine.

Add all of the toppings.
