Asparagus Sun-Dried Tomato Hummus Wraps

18 Asparagus

1 tablespoon Olive Oil

180 gram Hummus

6 Zucchini

1 Avocado

120 gram Sun-Dried Tomatoes

6 Tortilla

to taste Salt

to taste Ground Black Pepper

Petunjuk

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Break the tough ends off the Asparagus (18) and place them on a baking tray.

Drizzle over the Olive Oil (1 Tbsp) and season with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste). Roast for about 10 minutes, turning halfway through.

To assemble the wraps, lay Tortilla (6) out on a clean surface and spread generously with the Hummus (180 g), then layer the Zucchini (6), Avocado (1), Sun-Dried Tomatoes (120 g), and asparagus, slightly off-center.

Roll the wraps starting on the side that has the filling closest to the edge. Slice in half or serve whole. Enjoy!
