KFC BREAKFAST BOWL

Bahan-bahan

• 1 cup shredded frozen hashbrowns

• 1/2 cup egg beaters (or 2 real eggs, whisked)

• chicken of choice (I typically use 1 air fried frozen chicken tender, Tyson brand)

• 1 TBS shredded cheese

• add ins of choice: I like hot sauce or salsa/pico on top of mine

Petunjuk

1. add frozen hashbrowns to a microwave safe container (or bowl)

2. Cook chicken strip according to package directions, then cut into bite sized pieces

3. Pour egg beaters (or whisked egg) directly over, season with salt/pepper.

4. Microwave for 1 min, then stir. Repeat until eggs are cooked (approx. 3 times, total of 2-3 min)

5. When eggs are cooked, sprinkle cheese and chicken strip chunks on top

6. Add toppings of choice (I like pico/salsa on mine)
