Mama Garrett's Apple Cake

Bahan-bahan

1 cup vegetable oil (or 1/2 cup oil and 1/2

2 cups sugar

2 eggs

2 tsp vanilla

3/4 tsp cinnamon

In a larger bowl, combine:

3 cups flour

3 cups apple slices

1 cup pecans

1 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

Add sugar/oil mixture to flour/app gently until combined.
