Spinach Salad

10 oz spinach

½ cup crumbled bacon

1 cup sliced green onions

1 pint sliced mushrooms

Handful Craisons

4 hard boiled eggs, sliced (optional)

DRESSING:

¼ cup lemon juice

½ olive oil

1 ½ t salt

2 egg yolks

¼ t black pepper

2 cloves finely chopped garlic

1/4 t Tabasco sauce

Make dressing in a jar. Take out of refrigerator and let sit at room temperature for 20 minutes then toss and serve.
