Pumpkin Trifle

Ingredients: Sober Dough Pumpkin Spice Bread Mix

2 cups, heavy whipping cream

1 tsp Bourbon Barrel Foods Bourbon

Madagascar Vanilla Extract

1 Tbsp granulated sugar

Spiced Pecans

Homemade Caramel Sauce

½ cup golden raisins

¾ tsp cinnamon and 1 Tbsp sugar

Prepare the sober dough as instructed on the outside of the package. Cut the bread into 1-inch pieces.

In an electric mixer fitted with the whisk, mix the heavy whipping cream, vanilla and sugar until stiff peaks form.

Assemble the trifle. Layer the pumpkin bread, whipped cream, pecans, raisins, and caramel sauce - repeating one more time. Finish off the dish with cinnamon and sugar mixture spice sprinkled on top.
