INGREDIENTS: (serves 4)
600g chicken thighs
40g honey
70-90ml dark soy sauce
30g sriracha
30g hoisin sauce
x1 tsp Ginger paste
x2 Garlic cloves
x1 tbsp corn flour with tbsp water
100ml chicken stock
200g noodles, uncooked
spring onions & sesame seeds to finish
garlic, ginger, stock & toppings not tracked)

Add everything to your slow cooker for 4-5 hours on high, or 7-8 hours on low.
Stir chicken and slightly break up before adding in the cooked noodles 20 minutes towards to end to heat through.
Top with spring onions to finish.
