Chicken:
1lb chicken thigh, skinless, boneless, raw
1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tbsp hoisin sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
4 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp minced ginger
salt and pepper to taste
Veggies:
1 second spray oil
0.5 yellow onion
1 zucchini
0.5 carrot
salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp soy sauce
3 tsp minced garlic
2 tsp light butter
Assembly:
1.5 cup cooked rice
2 tsp sesame seeds

How to make it yourself:
Slice your onion, carrot, and zucchini into small chunks
Cut your chicken thighs into 1inch pieces
In a bowl, combine oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced ginger, salt, pepper, and minced garlic and mix to make your marinade
Add in your chicken pieces into the marinade and let it marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes or overnight
On a pan coated with spray oil on medium heat, grill your chicken
Add into the same pan your sliced onion, sliced zucchini, sliced carrot, soy sauce, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and light butter and sauté until the veggies slightly soften and the chicken us cooked through
In a meal prep container, add half the chicken and veggie mix topped with sesame seeds and half your cooked rice and enjoy!
Pro tip: when meal prepping to re-heat, microwave the rice with a wet paper towel first to get it steamed and then add in your meat and microwave till warm!
