Taiwanese Chicken And Cabbage

Chicken:

10 oz chicken thigh, skinless, boneless, raw

1 tbsp oyster sauce

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp white pepper

3 tsp minced garlic

Veggies:

1/2 Taiwanese cabbage head

2 garlic cloves

1 tbsp sesame oil

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp oyster sauce

salt and pepper to taste

1/2 tbsp chicken bouillon powder

1 second cooking spray oil

1 ½ cups cooked rice

Chop your cabbage

Cut your chicken into 1 inch pieces

In a large bowl, mix oyster sauce, soy sauce, white pepper, minced garlic and your cut chicken and set aside for 30 min to a few hours in your fridge

In a pan in medium heat coated with spray oil, add your garlic cloves and marinated chicken and sauté

Add in your cabbage and sesame oil, soy sauce, oyster sauce, chicken bouillon powder, and salt and pepper to taste until the cabbage softens and the chicken is cooked through

In a meal prep container, add half your cooked rice and half the cabbage and chicken and enjoy!
