Hozzávalók

Garlic Naan:

2 tsp active dry yeast

1 tsp sugar

1/2 cup lukewarm water

1 large egg

1/3 cup avocado oil

1/4 cup plain yogurt

2 1/3 cups all-purpose flour

1 tsp salt

Garlic Butter:

1 stick unsalted butter

5 cloves minced garlic

3/4 cup chopped cilantro

1/2 tsp salt

Útmutatók

  1. Combine 1/2cup water, 2tsp active dry yeast and 1tsp sugar in a bowl.

  2. Mix and let yeast activate for 10 minutes

  3. Add oil, one egg and yogurt and mix until smooth

  4. Combine flour and salt in a bowl and the add liquid.

  5. Whisk together and then knead for 5-7 minutes. Cover with a damp cloth in a bowl and let rest for 1 hour at room temperature.

  6. Roll it into a log on a floured workspace and cut into 8 equal pieces.

  7. Roll out your naan and cook on medium high heat for 2 minutes a side

  • For the garlic butter, melt butter and cook garlic for 3 minutes on low heat.

  • Remove from heat and add cilantro and stir.
