High Protein Cottage Cheese Pizzas

1 cup cottage cheese
2 eggs
⅔ cup plain flour
1 tsp baking powder
1tsp Mixed herbs
Pizza sauce
1 cup of light tasty cheese
Your favourite pizza toppings

Preheat oven to 200°C (fan-forced). Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Blend cottage cheese until smooth and transfer to a mixing bowl.
Add eggs, flour, mixed herbs and baking powder. Mix until well combined.
Spoon the mixture onto a lined baking tray, forming 8 small rounds.
Spread pizza sauce on each base, add your favourite toppings and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake for 25–30 minutes or until golden.
