Bing Cherry Gelatin Salad Grandpa's favorite

Hozzávalók

1 can Bing cherries (Monarch)

I tall thin can crushed pineap- ple or equivalent

1 pkg. cherry gelatin (black if they have it)

1 pkg. cream cheese (small) pecans

Útmutatók

• Make gelatin with 1 cup boil- ing water

• Use juice from cherries and pineapple to make 2nd cup of liquid

• Take pkg. of cream cheese and about 1 T. salad dressing and mix well. Add chopped nuts to mixture and fill pitted cherries with mixture. Put in salad mold. Add drained pineapple and gelatin- refrigerate.
