800g Chicken Breast
1 tbsp black pepper
20 ml soy sauce
1 egg
40g cornstarch
4 tbsp soy sauce
5 tbsp water
2 tbsp ketchup
3 tbsp gochujang
2 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp brown sugar

Dice chicken breast into cubes
Add your pepper, egg, and 20 ml of soy sauce to chicken and mix until fully coated
To a large container, add cornstarch and marinated chicken and coat until even
Bake in over or air fryer at 400°F for 10-13 mins
In a large pan, add soy sauce, water, ketchup, gochujang, rice vinegar, honey, and brown sugar. Cook while stirring until everything mixes and begins to thicken
Add chicken to pan and mix until evenly coated
