Spicy Crispy Hot Honey Lemon Feta Chicken with Italian Herb

For the Chicken

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 eggs

2 tbsp milk

¾ cup panko breadcrumbs

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tbsp feta cheese, crumbled

1½ tsp Italian seasoning

1 tsp garlic powder

½ tsp paprika

½ tsp chili flakes (optional for extra heat)

½ tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter

For the Hot Honey Lemon Feta Sauce

¾ cup feta cheese, crumbled

¼ cup Greek yogurt

2 tbsp hot honey

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp lemon zest

1 tbsp olive oil

¼ tsp chili flakes

¼ tsp black pepper

Optional Garnish

Extra feta crumbles

Fresh parsley or basil

Lemon wedges

Extra drizzle of hot honey

Prepare the Chicken

Pat chicken breasts dry and pound to even thickness if needed.

In a shallow bowl, whisk eggs with milk. In another bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, feta, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, chili flakes, salt, and black pepper.

Dip each chicken breast into the egg mixture, then coat thoroughly in the breadcrumb mixture.

Cook the Chicken

Heat olive oil or melted butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Cook chicken for 4–5 minutes per side, until golden brown, crispy, and fully cooked through.

Make the Hot Honey Lemon Feta Sauce

In a blender or small food processor, combine feta cheese, Greek yogurt, hot honey, lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil, chili flakes, and black pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Serve

Plate the crispy chicken and drizzle generously with the hot honey lemon feta sauce.

Garnish with extra feta crumbles, fresh herbs, lemon wedges, and a light drizzle of hot honey.
