boiled egg chocolate pudding

4 room temperature or cold hard boiled eggs

3 to 3.5 Tbs cocoa powder

1/2 cup milk

1/4 cup honey

2 tsp. vanilla extract

1 tsp almond extract

1/4 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp instant espresso powder

Blend all the ingredients together. start with 3 Tbs cocoa, then taste. if you can smell or taste eggs add 1/2 Tbs cocoa powder

refrigerate 2 hours
