My Healthy Seeded Bread Recipe
Makes 1 mini loaf

3 heaped tbsp self raising flour (or plain all purpose with 1/2 tsp baking powder)
2 tbsp greek or soya yoghurt
Handful seeds (I use pumpkin and sunflower seeds)
1/4 tsp salt

Mix everything in a bowl to make a dough ball.
Shape the dough using floured hands to create a loaf shape. It should not be too sticky.
Air fry on 180C for 10 mins (air fry mode) or oven bake on 180C for 15 mins.
Gluten free - use gluten free self raising flour + 1/3 tsp xanthan gum
