1 bag of any flavor of Martha White muffin mix

1 egg

1/4 cup of melted butter

Upute

Preheat oven to 375

Melt 1/4 c butter

Combine muffin mix, 1 egg and melted butter

Portion into 6 cookies

Bake for about 8 mins (depending on pan and cookie size).
