4C Sugar ... (1C)

Juice of 2-4 Lemons ... (1 Lemon)

2Tbs Ground Ginger ... (1 1/2tsp)

4 Sultanas

Upute

Dissolve sugar in water.

Add lemon juice and ginger.

Pour into clean fizzy bottles.

Add sultanas and screw caps on tightly.

Ready to drink when sultanas float to the top and bottles feel tight.
