Easy Yoghurt Naan

100g self raising flour, 3.5oz
100g 0 percent fat Greek yoghurt, 3.7oz
6g garlic salt, 0.2oz
110g fat free mozzarella, 4oz
12g light butter melted, 0.4oz
8g minced garlic, 0.3oz
2g fresh parsley chopped, 0.07oz
Upute
Mix flour, yoghurt and garlic salt into a dough.
Split into 2 balls and roll out.
Add mozzarella, fold, then roll out again.
Pan fry for 2 to 3 minutes each side.
Brush with melted butter, garlic and parsley, then enjoy.
