Mango Frozen Yogurt (Sugar-Free)

2 cups frozen mango (loosely packed, ~12 ounces)

¾ cup full-fat Greek yogurt (about 6 ounces)

Upute

Blend together all ingredients. You can nuke the mangoes for 30-60 seconds in the microwave to partially thaw them. It will have a loose frozen yogurt consistency, which is ready to eat if you'd like, but for a firmer consistency, follow the freezing instructions below.

To Freeze (Best results): Scrape mixture into a quart-sized freezer bag and seal. Place bag in a metal bowl in the freezer.

After 1 hour, remove bag from freezer and mash gently with your hands , breaking up any ice chunks that have formed. Return to freezer for 30 minutes, and repeat until the desired consistency is reached!

Notes: If you leave it overnight in the freezer, it will become rock-hard. Let it thaw a bit on the counter for 15-30 minutes, or at least until you can squash it around with your hands. (This is why I like the bag method!)
