Cucumber Cilantro Salad

Sastojci

2 tsp white-wine vinegar

2 tsp Dijon mustard

1 Tbsp olive oil

2 Tbsp HOMEMADE GOURMET CILANTRO CITRUS SEASONING MIX

2 cucumbers, peeled and sliced

Upute

In a bowl, combine all ingredients except cucumbers; whisk until well blended.

Add cucumbers, toss to coat.

Cover and chill for 30 minutes.

Serves 10.
