3 lbs Lean Ground Beef (96/4), Raw (1360g)

1 White Onion, Diced (150g)

1 Bell Pepper, Diced (150g)

1 tbsp Minced Garlic (15g)

2 (15 oz) Cans Tomato Sauce (850g total)

2 (12 oz) Bags Frozen Mixed Vegetables – Peas, Carrots & Corn (680g total)

1 (14.5 oz) Box Barilla Protein+ Pasta, Dry (410g)

2 Cups Reduced-Fat Mexican Style Cheese, Shredded (224g)

1 tbsp Paprika (7g)

1 tsp Salt (6g)

1 tsp Black Pepper (2g)

1.) Cook pasta, drain, and set aside.

2.) Cook beef, onion, pepper, and seasonings until browned, then add garlic.

3.) Stir in tomato sauce and mixed vegetables; cook until heated through.

4.) Add pasta, then stir in cheese until melted.

5.) Divide into 8 servings and store or serve.
