Creamy Lemon & Garlic Orzo with Chicken

boneless skinless chicken breasts, sliced in half lengthwise
salt & pepper
flour
1 tablespoon butter
olive oil
1 onion
garlic
2 cups orzo
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup grated Parmesan
juice of 1 lemon

season both sides of chicken with salt & pepper
sprinkle with flour and rub in to fully coat
heat butter and olive oil in a large saut├й pan
cook chicken on both sides until golden browned
remove chicken from pan and add more olive oil if necessary
saut├й onions and garlic until fragrant and translucent
add in orzo and toast in pan for 1 minute
pour in chicken broth and scrape brown bits from bottom of pan
mix in heavy cream, Parmesan, and lemon juice and bring to a slight boil
add chicken back to pan, lower heat, cover, and simmer 10 minutes until orzo is cooked through
top with fresh parsley, grated Parmesan, and lemon slice
