Filipino Pancit With Beef

1 package (8.8 ounces) Thai Vermicelli rice noodles ЁЯНЬ

1 pound beef, sliced into bite-sized pieces ЁЯей

2 cups shredded cabbage ЁЯем

Soak the Noodles:
Soak the rice noodles according to the package directions. ЁЯЫБ
Prepare Ingredients:
Slice the beef into bite-sized pieces and dice the vegetables. ЁЯФк
Heat the Oil:
Heat the canola oil in a wok or large saut├й pan over medium-high heat. ЁЯФе
Cook the Beef:
Add the beef, diced yellow onion, minced garlic, and soy sauce to the pan. Cook for 3-5 minutes until the beef is browned. Season with salt and pepper to taste. ЁЯН│
Add Stock and Veggies:
