Salsa Verde Chicken Tostadas

2 lbs Chicken Breast (907g raw)

1 (16 oz) Jar Salsa Verde (450g)

1/2 of an 8oz Block Reduced-Fat Cream Cheese (113g / 4oz)

1 Medium Onion, diced (150g)

1 Packet Taco Seasoning (28g)

1 Cup Reduced-Fat Mexican Style Cheese (112g)

1 Can Refried Beans (16 oz / 450g)

20 Mini Carb Balance Tortillas

1.) Add chicken, onion, taco seasoning, and salsa verde to crockpot. Cook high 3–4 hrs or low 6–8 hrs, then shred.

2.) Stir in cream cheese until smooth.

3.) Preheat oven to 400°F. Bake tortillas 5–7 mins until crisp.

4.) Top with refried beans, chicken mixture, and cheese. Bake 5–7 mins until heated and melted.

1740g chicken mixture/20 tostadas = 87g per tostada) (113g cheese/20 tostadas = 5.6g per tostada) (450g refried beans/20 tostadas = 22.5g per tostada)
