Demerara rum; ½ oz. / 15 ml. spiced rum; ½ oz. / 15 ml. dry curaçao; ¼ oz. / 7.5 ml. allspice dram; 1 oz. / 30 ml. fresh orange juice; ½ oz. / 15 ml. fresh lemon juice; ¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. orgeat; 1 dash Angostura bitters; nutmeg to garnish
