These Crispy Cauliflower Smashies Are Crazy Good

1 bag or head of cauliflower 🥦
Low-fat cottage cheese 🧀
Parmesan cheese (fresh, not shelf) 🧀
Avocado oil spray 🥑
Dan-O’s Cheesoning 🌿

Preheat oven to 350˚F & cook cauliflower.
Line a baking sheet w/ parchment & spray w/ avocado oil.
Add ½–1 tbsp Parmesan, place cauliflower head down & smash flat.
Top w/ 1 tbsp cottage cheese + Dan-O’s Cheesoning (and extra parm if you dare).
Bake 30–35 min, then broil 1 min for that golden crisp ✨
