Crockpot chicken tortellini

1 lb chicken breast
1/2 tsp each of salt and pepper
1 tsp onion powder and Italian seasoning
1/4 red pepper flakes
1 tbsp minced garlic
24 oz jar Marinara Sauce
15 oz jar Alfredo Sauce
1 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese
19 oz bag frozen cheese tortellini
Parmesan cheese
Dried parsley

Spray a crockpot with cooking spray. Add one pound of chicken breasts. Season with salt, pepper, onion powder, and Italian seasoning. Add 1 tbsp of minced garlic, marinara sauce, and Alfredo sauce.
Cook on low for 4-6 hours. Shred or cube up the chicken and add it back to the crockpot. Stir in the frozen tortellini. Add about one cup of Colby Jack cheese and cook on high for about 20 minutes or until the cheese tortellini is tender.
Stir everything together well and top with shredded Parmesan cheese and dried parsley.
