Creamy Crockpot Beef Tips & Mushrooms

2 lbs beef stew meat or beef tips
1 cup beef broth
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
1 packet onion soup mix
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
┬╜ cup heavy cream
Salt and pepper to taste

Prepare the Beef: In a skillet over medium-high heat, sear the beef tips for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned. Transfer the beef to the crockpot.
Add the Seasonings: Add the beef broth, cream of mushroom soup, ranch seasoning mix, onion soup mix, Worcestershire sauce, and minced garlic to the crockpot. Stir everything together to combine.
Add the Veggies: Add the sliced mushrooms and chopped onions to the mixture in the crockpot. Stir again to combine.
Slow Cook: Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the beef is tender.
Make it Creamy: About 15 minutes before serving, stir in the heavy cream to make the sauce creamy and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve: Serve the beef tips and mushrooms over mashed potatoes, rice, or your favorite side dish.
