Low Carb Sushi Salad

2x 125g salmon fillet
Spices: 1 tsp sweet paprika powder, salt, pepper, a pinch of chili powder, ground garlic, or a bit of More Spices Knobilicous @morenutrition.uk*
a bit of oil spray
2 cucumbers (approx. 700-750g)
1 red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 avocado (80g), diced
100g Balance cream cheese
20ml soy sauce
Sriracha sauce to taste
Some sesame seeds and/or avocado topping
Optional for more kcal or carbs:
1 pack of express rice
Instructions
Cut the salmon into bite-sized cubes. Season with the spices and oil spray and cook in the AirFryer at 200° for 6-8 minutes until crispy. Meanwhile, chop the rest of the ingredients. Add the salmon on top at the end.
Optional toppings:
Avocado topping
Sriracha mayo or sauce
Spring onions
