Chocolate cake with a cookie on top

80 g sugar
200 g dark chocolate
150 g butter
100 g flour

Instructions
Add 2 eggs to a bowl.
Add 80g of sugar to the eggs.
Mix the eggs and sugar until well combined.
Break 200g of dark chocolate into a separate bowl.
Melt the chocolate.
Pour 150g of melted butter into the melted chocolate.
Mix the chocolate and butter until smooth.
Pour the chocolate mixture into the egg and sugar mixture.
Add 100g of flour to the mixture.
Mix until a smooth batter is formed.
Place an adjustable cake ring on a baking tray lined with newspaper.
Pour the chocolate batter into the cake ring.
Bake the chocolate cake for 10 minutes.
While the cake is baking, prepare the cookie topping by adding 150g of sugar to a bowl with melted butter.
Add 1 egg to the sugar and butter mixture.
Add 230g of flour to the bowl.
Fold the ingredients until a dough forms.
Add chocolate chips to the cookie dough.
Scoop portions of the cookie dough onto the partially baked chocolate cake.
Spread the cookie dough evenly over the chocolate cake.
Bake the cake again until the cookie topping is golden brown.
Cut the baked cake into slices.
Serve a slice on a plate.
