15 Minute Healthy Mozzarella and Pesto Pasta

Ingredients for 1
120g of chicken breast raw
65g rigatoni or whatever pasta you want
Salt/pepper/paprika
1 tsp Tomato purée
1 tsp of pesto
200ml of milk
1/2 cup of stock water
25g light cheese
1/2 an onion sliced
20g of mozzarella
Handful of spinach
Instructions
Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet
Fry the onion, and chicken in seasoning for 5-10 mins
Add the pasta, tomato purée, milk, cheese, spinach and pesto and stir on a low heat
Stir in the pasta
