Chicken Enchilada Casserole

3 chicken breasts
¼ cup black beans
¼ cup corn
¼ cup diced green chiles
¼ cup diced onion
¼ cup chopped zucchini
Optional: any other preferred mix-ins!
2 cups enchilada sauce
4 flour tortillas
¾ cup shredded cheese
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400.
2. In a baking dish, add raw chicken, beans, corn, green chiles, onion, zucchini, and enchilada sauce.
3. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked.
4. Add all ingredients to a separate bowl and shred chicken.
5. In your casserole dish, layer tortillas, half the chicken mix, tortillas, remaining chicken mixture.
6. Top with cheese and bake for another 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
7. Slice, serve, & enjoy!
