Turkey & Cabbage Asian Stir-fry

Ingrédients

1 lb 99% lean ground turkey

Salt & pepper, to taste

1 tbsp sesame oil

1 tbsp minced garlic

1 tbsp minced ginger

1 bag coleslaw mix (with carrots)

1 package mushrooms, sliced

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 zucchini, sliced

2 tbsp liquid aminos

1 tbsp rice vinegar

1 tsp fish sauce

Sriracha, to taste

Sesame seeds, for garnish

Green onions, sliced, for garnish

Instructions

In a large skillet or wok, cook the ground turkey over medium heat until fully cooked. Season with salt and pepper.

Once cooked, add sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.

Add coleslaw mix, mushrooms, bell pepper, and zucchini to the pan. Stir well and cook until vegetables are tender.

Stir in liquid aminos, rice vinegar, fish sauce, and Sriracha. Cook for another 2–3 minutes to blend flavors.

Remove from heat and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve hot.
