Ingrédients

30 oz. bag frozen hashbrowns thawed atleast two hours in refrigerator

2 cans cream of chicken condensed soup (THIS is your secret weapon - TWO cans. Don't skimp, folks. It's worth it, I promise!)

1 cup milk

8 oz. shredded sharp cheddar cheese

8 oz. sour cream

6 T butter (melted)

salt & pepper to taste

*optional 1/4-1/2 cup diced onions

* optional 3 cups cornflakes

Instructions

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl including optional onions, minus the butter and cornflakes

Top with melted butter (and optional cornflakes)

Bake at 350 degrees uncovered one hour
